This past week has seen many an announcements from major corporations like Samsung, Apple, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Sony, and Facebook all coming up with their latest products and services to entice the consumer into buying their products.

With all these announcements going on, one company, Google has introduced a new Notification system in Google+ which seems to have been missed by most of the technology following blogs out there.
